This is a short notice about what this page does. Everything concerning an ERPFlow account and the data held in it is covered by ERPFlow's own privacy policy.
Who is responsible
The controller for this page and anything collected on it is ERPFlow OÜ, registry code 17201984, Tallinn, Estonia. You can get in touch through the contact form on erpflow.ai.
What this page collects
Directly, nothing. There are no forms, no accounts and no login on this page — there is nowhere to leave your name or email. The only data collected is anonymous visit statistics, and only if you have accepted them.
Cookies
Three. The first remembers your answer to the cookie question, which is what stops us asking again on every visit; it is kept for a year. The second remembers which language you are reading in. The third is Google Analytics, which measures how many people reach this page; it does not load until you accept, and withdrawing consent switches it off. This page itself sets no advertising or retargeting cookies; for the demo video's player, see below.
The video
The demo video near the top of the page is hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube or Google — what you see is part of this page. When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode: your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address, and the player may store data in your browser for playback to work. Google states that views in this mode are not used to personalise your YouTube experience or the ads you are shown. The player is covered by Google's privacy policy.
When you click the button
The button takes you to erpflow.ai, and the link may carry a referral or campaign tag telling ERPFlow where you came from. That tag travels in the address bar, not in a cookie set by this page — nothing here stores a referral or advertising cookie for you. The cookie is written by erpflow.ai, where ERPFlow's own cookie rules and privacy policy apply.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data is processed about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Since this page does not identify you, in practice those rights concern an ERPFlow account — see ERPFlow's privacy policy.
Withdrawing consent
If you accepted statistics and want to change your mind, you can do it right here. Analytics switches off immediately.
