Beauty salon booking software that knows your real schedule
No card · No trial clock · Export everything · Cancel anytime
Four apps just to know if you're free Thursday. Whether you do hair, nails, lashes, brows or makeup, the work is the easy part. It's the scheduling around it that eats your day.
ERPFlow gives you one booking page that knows your real schedule — so clients book themselves, and you stop being interrupted every hour to check.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Four things that keep your day in order.
Booking
Clients pick their own slot

Invoices
Invoices from the same place
THE PROBLEM
“Do you have Thursday free?” — asked at 11pm, on Instagram, by the fifth person this week.
If you run your business solo — as a hairstylist, makeup artist, nail tech, lash or brow technician, or esthetician — this probably sounds familiar:
- 01A Facebook group where clients post “any slots this week?”
- 02Instagram DMs from people who found you under a friend's photo
- 03WhatsApp messages from clients who have your number
- 04The occasional SMS
- 05A calendar you update when you remember to
- And the rest — who's coming, how long each service takes, where you've already promised twice — lives in your head.
The work was never the hard part. Keeping track of it all is.
You're constantly context-switching: mid-appointment, hands full, phone buzzing with another “any slots?” message. A haircut client asks about Thursday at four. A lash client messages about Friday morning. A new enquiry lands about a bridal makeup trial. You check one app, then another, then try to remember what you already promised someone on WhatsApp.
It's not that you're losing clients. It's that scheduling has quietly become a second job — one that interrupts the first one, all day, every day.
THE FIX
You shouldn't have to be your own scheduling assistant.
ERPFlow replaces the manual back-and-forth with one link.
01 · SERVICES
Set your services once.
Haircut, 45 minutes. Balayage, three hours. Gel manicure, 60 minutes. Lash fill, 90 minutes. Each service carries its own length on your booking page — set it once and it's there every time you send someone the link.
02 · SCHEDULE
Set your real availability.
The days you work. The hours you're actually free. The week you're away in October. Time off and absences come out of the schedule automatically — no checking your memory before you can answer a message.
03 · LINK
Get one booking page.
Drop it in your Facebook group. Pin it to your Instagram profile. Send it as an auto-reply on WhatsApp. No website, no developer, no domain to set up.
04 · BOOKING
Let clients book themselves.
They see your actual free slots, pick a service, and book. No messages back and forth. The slot disappears the moment it's taken, because there's one calendar and the booking page reads from it.
05 · CLIENT RECORD
Every booking lands on a client record.
If the email booking belongs to one of your clients already, the booking is attached to their record straight away. Someone new arrives as a contact you can turn into a client in one click. The record holds the whole story: every past visit with the service they had, plus invoices, documents and notes.
06 · THE MONEY
And you can see who actually pays.
The client record carries amounts alongside the visits — which services, at what price. Your dashboard ranks clients by what has been invoiced, so your best-paying clients are always visible without you adding anything up. And an invoice comes out of a quote in one click, with nothing retyped.

I'm not answering messages between clients anymore. People book themselves, and I just focus on the actual work.
WHAT CHANGES
The work stays the same. The admin on top of it goes away.
- No more checking WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your calendar just to answer one question
- No more mental arithmetic trying to remember who you already said yes to
- No more interruptions during an appointment to handle scheduling
- Client details and past services sit with the booking — next time you already know what they had
- You do exactly the same work, just without the second job on top of it
COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before they start
Is the booking software free?
Yes. ERPFlow has a Free plan, not a trial — no card, no expiry date. The Free plan covers one booking page, one user and up to ten clients. When you outgrow that, you change plan.
Do I need a website for the booking page?
No. The booking page is a page in its own right, with its own address. You can drop it in your Instagram bio, a Facebook group or a WhatsApp auto-reply — no website, no domain, no developer.
How do clients see when I'm free?
They only see the times your schedule says are genuinely free. You set your working hours and exceptions; existing bookings, holidays and absences are subtracted automatically.
Can each service have a different length?
Yes. Each service carries its own length on your booking page — haircut 45 minutes, balayage three hours. The client picks a service and exactly that much time is booked.
Can a client cancel or reschedule by themselves?
Yes. The confirmation email carries a link the client can use to cancel or move the appointment themselves. They don't have to message you.
Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet. The booking page takes the time, the service and the client's contact details, but it doesn't ask for a payment or a deposit at that point. You can send them an invoice from the same system afterwards.
Can I see how much each client has spent?
Yes. The client record holds their history with the amounts — which services, at what price — and the dashboard ranks clients by invoiced revenue, counting sent and paid invoices. So your best-paying clients are visible without adding anything up by hand.
What languages does ERPFlow come in?
Estonian, Russian and English, among others, and each user picks their own.
Your schedule shouldn't need four apps and a good memory.
